This knowledge hub is our self-service help portal that’s available 24×7. It’s often the best place to start when you have a question as quite often the answer will be here. Just use the help option on the main website menu. If you can’t find what you’re looking for then you can contact your account manager using one of the methods below.
Just send your emails to support@inniaccounts.co.uk and they’ll efficiently and quickly get routed to the right team member. Your email will automatically be added and viewable via the secure online messaging portal.
